1.3 trillion…

Hello everybody,

The linked article discusses the buying power of Blacks living in North America. On a superficial level, buying is spending and thus cash flowing out of pocket. In general, assets or liabilities can be purchased.

Although Black-Americans may have the ability to buy products and services, this doesn’t necessarily mean money is spent wisely or on something of long-term value, especially when the dollar depreciates and inflates as well.

Overall, when it comes to power and money, fundamentals and management skills determine strength in quality versus quantity choices being made to purchase essential needs and/or material items.

In conclusion, buying power is only significant when it’s able to make positive impact towards long-term outcomes for the majority of Black folk.
